Owner and Lead Planner | Event Coordinator
My name is Natalie Padovano and I’m a wedding and party coordinator with years of experience of planning events and special moments. I’ve always had a passion to help others and an obsession with organization. I had such a great time planning my own wedding that I want to help others with their special day too! With that, I decided to take on this new adventure and start a wedding planning event and coordinating business. That is how Lace + Rose Events was established!
I pride myself on creating a personal relationship with each client in order to make their event as unique and special as they are. My goal as your planner is to ensure that weeks leading up to your event is exciting and fun! Wedding planning does not have to be stressful when you have the right team of vendors by your side that have your best interest at heart.
I am a wife to Anthony, dog mom to Kobe, and mother to my beautiful daughter, Isabella.
When I am not working an event, you’d find me with my lovely family going on long walks together or just relaxing on the couch watching a rom com.
Fun facts about me:
My favorite movie is The Wedding Planner (ironically), I’m a sports fanatic. I went to Felician University where I played Division II softball and earned two degrees. I also love DIY projects, painting and fashion!

Johanna Mercado – Lead Coordinator
Johanna worked as a party planner and decorator for over 8 years. She began assisting as a wedding coordinator about 5 years ago with Lace and Rose Events and has truly found her passion in providing couples a stress free wedding day. She thrives in seeing a vision come to life! She is a stay at home mother to two beautiful children and loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys DIY and interior decorating on her free time.
