A day-of coordinator would entail me helping to run the show on the day of your wedding. This includes coordinating and communicating with you and your partner, the wedding party, and the wedding vendors. I will also direct set-up and tear-down, manage the timeline, handle any unexpected issues, and most importantly ensure the day runs smoothly.
A month-of coordinator eases this stress and ensures everything is ready for the big day. In addition to doing everything that a day-of coordinator does, I will also take on all last minute planning details. These additional responsibilities can include managing RSVPs, assisting with the seating chart, creating the timeline, checking in with vendors, and anything the couple may need during the this time.
If you can handle most of the planning for your big day but still want someone to step in and check your work, this is when I am here to help! This package is completely custom to you. Services can include managing invitations, offering design ideas, securing specialty vendors, assembling favors, handling paperwork, and lots more.
For help and design advice from engagement to “I do,” this package is the way to go. Unlike the other packages, the complete planning & design will be there from the very start and can help with everything from your color palette and mood board to wedding venue selection. A full-service wedding coordinator is especially helpful for destination weddings or large weddings with lots of moving parts. This package can also help lower costs and save you time by recommending vendors that are within your price range. It may even be able to secure discount pricing or added perks with preferred vendors.
You’ve planned everything out for months, but have no one to set up your signs and centerpieces?! This package is perfectly curated for you. We will coordinate and assist with all the setup for your ceremony and reception to match your vision without having to beg a family member or friend to do! At then end of the night, you don’t have to worry about a thing, we will tear down and pack all your items for you too! This package is perfect for my D.I.Y. couples who have all their decor, signage, centerpieces, and more!
I’m willing to travel for destination weddings! Please inquire if you’re planning to do a destination wedding. This would be a completely custom package for you and your fiancé.
Prices
Transportation fee of $100.00 will apply if travel is more than 45 minutes. Gas, transportation, tolls and multiple locations are apart of coordinators travel fee. Hotel Accommodations the night of or before your wedding are required if distance is greater than hour and 45 minutes.
